Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we charge your payment and confirm it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — your full card number is never stored on our site. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. You're responsible for a correct, complete shipping address.

Our pieces are cut and engraved from real materials — wood, plywood, acrylic, slate, leather, and metal. Natural variation in grain, color, and figure is expected and is part of the character of a handmade piece, not a defect. Screens vary, so finishes may look slightly different in person.

For custom and personalized orders you're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit (spelling, dates, artwork). We cut exactly what's provided. Custom and personalized items are final sale except for our errors or shipping damage. Custom deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. See our Returns & Custom Orders policy.

Some pieces have small parts, points, or edges. Keep small items away from young children and pets, and use wall-mounted pieces with appropriate hardware for your wall. You use all products at your own risk.

The site and products are provided 'as is' to the fullest extent allowed by law, and our total liability for any order won't exceed what you paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that can't be waived.
