Shipping Policy

Most pieces are made to order. In-stock and standard items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized and custom pieces take longer — typically 1–2 weeks — because they're built specifically for you. If your order is time-sensitive, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.

We ship within the United States. Free shipping on orders over $100; a flat rate applies below that and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Larger wall pieces are shipped boxed and padded; oversized items may carry additional shipping shown at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Once the carrier scans it, delivery is in their hands, but we won't leave you stranded — if a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@oneenergyexchange.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
