Returns & Custom Orders

Because so much of what we make is personalized or custom, please read this before ordering. We want you to love your piece — if something's wrong on our end, we'll fix it.
Personalized & custom items are final sale
Custom and personalized pieces (names, dates, monograms, one-off designs) can't be resold, so they are FINAL SALE and not returnable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error (wrong spelling we entered, wrong item, etc.).
Please double-check spelling, dates, and details before you submit — we cut exactly what's on the order.
Non-custom items
Standard, non-personalized items in new, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You cover return shipping unless the return is our fault. Message us first for the return address.
Custom order deposits
A custom project starts with a deposit. Once design work or cutting has begun, the deposit is non-refundable because materials and time are already committed. If we can't complete a project we've accepted, you'll be refunded for any work not started.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, or we got a detail wrong, email hello@oneenergyexchange.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll remake it or refund it, including shipping.
